Kingpin’s Hideaway is very happy to participate in the 21st annual Toronto Vintage Clothing and Textile Show & Sale that raises money for cancer research with partial proceeds being donated to the Canadian Cancer Society.

The 21st Annual Toronto Vintage Clothing and Textile Show & Sale is the premier annual vintage textiles and clothing show in Toronto, featuring vintage clothing and accessories and vintage designer fashions.

The show, in the CNIB Centre at 1929 Bayview Avenue, Toronto, Ontario.

Kingpin’s Hideaway will be bringing lots of interesting and rare vintage clothing items to the show, including a German Victorian leather hat box; a rare Atelier Versace painted silk shirt; Edwardian linen detachable collars & collar studs, ‘Mad Men‘ 60′s two piece suits and even an Italian ‘Rat Pack’ tuxedo.

Kingpin’s Hideaway is tucked away in the basement of Queen Street’s longstanding vintage boutique Cabaret. This pop-up shop for (mostly) men is the doing of Jonathan Hagey, a vintage collector offering up “Gentlemenswear. With Balls,” or so the tagline goes. For one month only, Kingpin’s stylish collection of men’s vintage clothing will be available for purchase at the pop-up haberdashery, “Kingpin’s Hideaway” in the lower level of Cabaret at 672 Queen St. West, Toronto.

Hugo Boss, Yves St. Laurent and Alexander McQueen are among the many designers that share the rack with 60’s ‘Rat Pack’ tuxedoes, English silk ascots and Thomas Pink French cuff shirts. Vintage hats from Biltmore, Stetson and Borsalino are available in a variety of styles and sizes.

Grand Opening Carouse: Thursday, November 17th 2011 from 5 PM to 10 PM.
